Projects (for Sales Effectiveness)

All these are a result of our involvement in the last twenty years in educational activities at corporate level, in the field on the job, in an university, in classroom, or using the computer and the Internet. Some examples are:

Preparation and delivery of courses on leadership and team management, personal effectiveness, sales & merchandising, key account management, or complex sales negotiation in Middle East, Canada, China and Eastern Europe. We served major brands such as: Lafarge, Marlboro, L&M, Chesterfield, Teachers, Beefeater, Jim Beam, Ballantines, Toblerone, Milka, or Calgon and Lysol.

Project management for a half million Dollars program for the University of New Brunswick Saint John in Canada, where we designed an e-learning package for small & medium sized firms about building and implementing an e-business strategy. The package includes one interactive e-Business Strategy Template, an e-Business Assessment Questionnaire, a list of Case Studies, and the content for three online training modules.
